WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

TO NEWJO (North East Willys Jeeps Organization) and TDR (Tour De Rocks event sponsored by 'NEWJO')

By completing this form I certify to NEWJO and all associated parties that I have read, and understand and accept the following representation, stipulations, and waiver. I further understand that NEWJO and any associated parties or individuals will not accept legal liability for any injury, incident occurence, or damage arising from participation in any NEWJO event or activity and that my participation in such activities must be at my own risk.

With signature on this form, the undersigned hereb release NEWJO, and their respective representatives, agents, sponsors, and volunteers ('releasees') of all liability to the undersigned, whether caused by negligent acts or omission of Releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is for any purpose participating in such events. It is fully understood by each of the undersigned that there is some inherant risk associated with the event, including damage to vehicles and person property and personal harm to the individual.


IN ADDITION, the undersigned AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost they incur (including insurance co-pay, medical expenses, repair expenses, etc.) due to such participation by the undersigned, whether caused by Releasees negligence or otherwise. The undersigned AGREES TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK for bodily injury, death, or property damage from Releasees negligence or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in these events.
